Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Personal checks are accepted with identification and are subject to a $25.00 returned check fee.

Gift Cards
Pamper that special someone in your life with a Salon deStefino gift card. They can be made for any service we offer or a specified dollar amount.

Appointment Confirmation
For your convenience and peace of mind, we make confirmation calls the day before your scheduled appointment.

Waiting List
Sometimes we are unable to coordinate with your busy schedule, but we are always happy to place you on a waiting list for an appointment.

Cancellation
Should a cancellation be necessary, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment so that we have an opportunity to book the open appointment.

Wedding Parties and Celebrations
We want to make sure your special day goes as smoothly as possible. Our capable staff will be able to accommodate parties of 8 or less. We only book parties for existing salon clients. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking the appointments.

Internet Access
Salon deStefino offers free Wi-Fi.

Children
In consideration of other guests we respectfully request that you not bring your children to the salon unless they are receiving a service. An adult must accompany all children under the age of 12 at all times. In order to ensure their safety children may not be left alone in the waiting area or permitted to join their parent during their hair or spa services. We wish to provide a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere for our clients who are receiving services.

Pets
We all love our pets. However, in consideration of our clients who may have allergies or be frightened of animals – kindly leave your pets at home.

Parking
There are metered lots behind the buildings on our side of the street. There are also meters along various side streets. There is a parking garage on Copeland Street which is halfway between Negley and Aiken off Walnut Street.
